WHAT’S GOING ON
The world — and our minds — are noisier than ever
It’s nearly impossible to miss the noise around nervous system regulation these days. Vagus nerve hacks, co-regulation rules, morning routines, cold plunges, ‘the 5 moves you should do everyday.’
Every other influencer is telling you that you need to regulate your nervous system and that a regulated nervous system is just a purchase or a single protocol away.
And yet, there is more conflicting advice than ever, more protocols that claim to solve it all, and lists of practices and to-dos that leave no time for actually living.
It’s enough to spin your head and, well, dysregulate you. Nervous system regulation has become so complicated. And now it’s one more thing for you to ‘get right’ and optimize.
The problem isn’t that you’re broken. Or that you’re not doing enough. Or that you haven’t found the perfect modality. It’s that these “solutions” are missing what’s essential to long-lasting change: your relationship with your body, and your own discernment.
This is for you if…
1
You’ve tried the protocols and the hacks and still don’t feel settled in your body.
2
You’ve been told you “need nervous system regulation” but honestly don’t know what that means, or how to make sense of the noise about it.
3
You know you’re supposed to “feel it in your body” — and you can’t, or don’t even really know what that means.
If any of these makes you go, “yes, that’s me!” you belong here.
WHY WE’RE DOING IT THIS WAY
The world — and our minds — are noisier than ever
Most summits hand you a list of topics and a ream of information, and you’re supposed to decide what is right for you (Or somehow implement it all). Which means you're choosing with the same overthinking mind that got you here.
We’re running this summit because we believe that’s backwards. Every session is something you actually do, in your body, with us. Nine experience-based sessions over three days. Instead of reading about them, you’ll feel them.
Here's the part nobody says in their marketing: they all work. Every practice at this summit is real, and every one of us has seen it change lives. The question was never which one is effective. It's which one fits you — your life, your personality, your season. And you can't figure that out by researching it. You find out by trying it and noticing what you actually enjoy. What you can do consistently.
Because it gets to be fun. If you can't see yourself looking forward to it on your hardest weeks, it doesn't matter how well it works.
So come to all nine with an open mind. Take what's yours and leave the rest. Our hope is that you leave with one or two takeaways you want to keep — not nine more things to keep up with.
What you’ll leave with
01
A clear sense
A clearer sense of what "regulation" actually means. It’s really so simple!
02
Experience, not lectures
Direct, in-your-body experiences of practices and ideas, not lectures.
03
Permission to stop
Permission to stop searching for the thing that'll fix you.
04
A practice that’s yours
A practice you actually resonate with; one that makes you feel more like yourself.
EXPLORE
Three days, nine practitioners
Three sessions a day. Each one is an experience you take part in.
Day 1 — Stop chasing, start listening
Tuesday 13 October
What If Your Pain Is Not the Enemy?
Tina Brown
Pain is usually treated as the enemy. In this session it becomes a messenger. You'll be guided into your body gently, and leave with a different relationship to your pain and a practice you can return to.
Routine Rhythm & Ritual: Support the nervous system through Ayurveda, neuroscience, and our connection to the natural world
Mara Sarena
An introduction to nervous system regulation at the intersection of ancient wisdom, modern neuroscience, and nature’s intelligence. Experience body based practices, guided explorations, and more, giving you simple yet highly effective tools for living more comfortably and authentically in your skin.
Not Another Protocol: What Your Body's Been Trying to Tell You
Yasmine Gilbert
For anyone fighting or buying their way into better health — searching for the right diet, supplement, or protocol — you'll learn the simple way we sabotage without realizing it, and what to do about it to unlock the self-healing body.
Day 2 — More than calming down
Wednesday 14 October
Your Body Has Been Talking: Relearning to Trust What You Know
Christina Sommers
When you’ve spent years overriding yourself, trusting your body can feel unfamiliar. Through gentle exploration, you’ll practice noticing your internal signals without judgment, creating space to reconnect with your discernment, choice, and the self-trust that was already there.
Reclaiming Aliveness
Kira Wong
This session explores why regulation isn’t only about calming down or managing stress. It can also include joy, play, movement, expression, and aliveness. Participants will have the opportunity to move out of their heads, reconnect with sensation, and experience what it feels like to create more space, energy, and aliveness in the body through Dance Alchemy® and breathwork.
Breathing With Grief: A Path Back to Yourself
Katie Harris
Discover why grief feels so difficult, and why it lives in the body, not just the mind. You'll learn how sitting with grief, rather than avoiding it, can uncover its wisdom and guide you back into deeper alignment with yourself.
Day 3 — Built for your body
Thursday 15 October
Coming Home to Wild: A Neuro-Spicy Nervous System Reset
Jennifer Short
For brains that run fast, deep, and a little wild, this session offers a gentle, Human Design informed path to nervous system regulation built for your nervous system, not against it. No diagnosis required, just a way home, safely in your body, without shame or judgment.
Grieving Your Way to Yourself: A somatic exploration of threshold moments, leaning on curiosity, play, and your body's inner knowing
Caitlin Clausen
Notice how getting what you wanted wrecks something else? That's grief you haven't yet felt. Learn how to transform the ache of "why didn't I know sooner" into a path home to yourself. One you can start walking today.
The Sensitive System: Moving Stored Tension to Restore Your Vitality
Misha Rank
Discover why "calming down" requires more than deep breaths when chronic overwhelm drains your energy. Misha guides you through an experiential blend of somatic breathwork and intentional tension-release that gently signals to your body that it is safe enough to trust again.
Recordings: There will be recordings, but for a limited time only! You’ll have access for one week.

Questions?
Will there be an upsell?
No, this summit is 100% free. You get access to both the live virtual event and its recordings for a limited time at no cost to you. That said, each practitioner has their own offers. You’re welcome to work with any of us separately if you want deeper, more tailored support.
Can I listen in the background while I work?
Well, you can do whatever you want… and we recommend against it. This summit is designed to be an experience. We want you to feel something, and that won’t happen with passive listening. We highly recommend you set time aside for the summit. Give yourself the private time and space to be fully in the experiences. If the live times don’t work, you can listen to the replays!
Will this work for a total beginner? For an expert?
Yes! There is something here for all experience levels. The experiences in each session are designed to meet you where you are.
Is this an annual event?
It might be! It might not be. This is the first time we’re offering this live summit! We might make this an annual summit. But it might just be a one-off.
Do I have to attend all three days?
We recommend it, but no! We carefully planned the summit topics to work together, but you’re welcome to check the schedule above (or in your email) and pick the days that appeal to you and your life season.
You don’t need more information. You need to feel what’s yours.

To be transparent: we may never hold this event again. This is your chance to experience thousands of dollars of facilitation completely free.
